Skew could be observed, more investigation has to be done.
Lowering the frequency from 8MHz to 6MHz will only cause 1.33us in delay
Majority delay is actually software which contribute 2.26us

New jig configuration works, almost no vibration.
Place in box when testing
Arduino controlled, using a knob
